Caleb's preschool friend, Thomas, turned four today and invited a bunch of kids from his class. The theme of the party is "Superheroes" and each kid was asked to dress up as his/her favorite superhero. Caleb went as Superman. Here are some shots of the party that I was honored to accompany him to while Daddy stayed home with Adam.
The beautiful house where the party was held!
Here's Caleb with the birthday boy who is dressed as Wolverine (for now...he changed costumes twice while I was there!)

They had a wonderful lady who was doing facepainting for the kids. Caleb sat so still while she painted on his cheeks!
Thomas' parents, our wonderful hosts!
I had problems keeping up with Caleb as at least two other boys had similar looking costumes on.

Caleb getting ready to do the "Pin the Spiderweb onto the Villian" game- not quite sure about the whole blindfold thing, but was a great sport about it!
Caleb's turn!
Once the candy busted out of the pinata, all the kids clamored to grab some...except Caleb who grabbed one Hershey kiss and asked the hostess nicely if he could please eat it.

Then, it was time for cupcakes (made from scratch by Thomas' great grandmother)
and ice cream! Here's Thomas blowing out his candles!

Then, it was time for a ride on a trailer pulled by a Rhino. See me and Caleb midway back? Caleb's raising his hand!
Sometimes, Superheroes get chilly too.

All in all, it was a great party! Hope you enjoyed the pictures!
