...'cause this post is kinda long. :)
We've had quite a lot of fun adjusting to two sweet boys in the house! I've not posted in awhile, so there are lots of pictures and videos to share. Most of the videos are around 30 seconds long so it shouldn't take you too long to watch them all! To fill you in...Adam is now 6 weeks old! He weighs in at 14 lbs. 4 oz. He is sleeping well at night (most of the time), and gets up only once or twice. He still has his (very) blue eyes, and has started to smile, laugh, and even chatter!
More smiles!
Doesn't he look like a mischievous little boy here?
Here are some sweet laughs and coos from Adam!
Adam is truly fascinated with Caleb. He will turn his head towards him if he hears him talking. Caleb is such a great helper...he will quietly say "Shh, shh, shh" to Adam if he's crying. It's so sweet!
Here are the three boys all playing on the living room floor over the weekend!
Everybody say "cheese"!!
Here's another video of some smiles from Adam..I love how much Caleb is talking in the background! Adam's going to have to work hard to get in a word edgewise!!
A sweet daddy and Adam shot...can you tell he's only 6 weeks old??
He was well worth the hard delivery!
And now, that I've posted a gazillion pics of Adam, it's Caleb's turn! Here he is, enjoying his two grandfathers- Grandpa Wayne (Eric's dad) and Papa (my dad)!
Our friend, Pat, brought this cute puppy-eared towel for Caleb to use at bath time. He thought it was so funny!
Caleb's discovered a love for coloring. His mimi (Eric's mother) brought him a very nice set of jumbo sized Crayola crayons to color with and after he dumped them out on his highchair tray, he proceeded to organize them in a line. Mr. Organized?
Here he is with Mikey, our boy cat. Mikey and Josie have really warmed up to Caleb now that he's treating them more gently! Mikey looks like his front paws are floating in mid-air. However, that sneaky cat has his front claws attached to my sheer drapes.
For Easter, my grandparents in Clover, SC, had a gorgeous bouquet of alstromeria (my favorite flower) sent to our house. Caleb very sweetly posed with them for me!
There are no words to describe how much I love my two little boys...here is a sweet video of Caleb and his brother.
I'll try to post more often from now on so it doesn't take me so long to update the blog! Hope you enjoyed it!!
